About Me



My name is Gali Price, I live in Singapore since 2015 and I love fitness.

I started my professional life as a Registered Nurse, then made a career change to working as a lawyer. After graduating from Law and Business School I've decided to combine my medical knowledge with my new profession and started working as a Body Damages Lawyer, with special focus on body damages caused by diseases and different accidents, including sport accidents and injuries- and their effect on functionality.

During my years of practice I've obtained a comprehensive knowledge about the human body and the function of its different systems.

I've been doing sport for most of my life, started as a competitive athlete as a child, and continued exercising different types of sports along the way up until now.

During the years I've been training and helping friends and acquaintances just for fun.

After moving to Singapore, I've decided to establish my passion for sport into a profession, and got my professional qualifications:

  • ACE (American Council on Exercise) CERTIFIED PPERSONAL TRAINER certification.
  • International Sport Academy (ISA Singapore) PERSONAL TRAINER certification.

The studies covered a comprehensive range of topics such as: Anatomy, Physiology, Kinesiology, Nutrition, Physiology of Training, Behavioral Change and Health Psychology, Principles of Motivation and Adherence, Exercise Programming for athletes at all levels start from Sedentary individuals, Injury Prevention and Emergency Procedures and Exercise for Special Populations With special needs and health concerns.

My Studio

The private boutique gym is located in a house with a landscaped garden, in a quiet neighborhood only 200 meters away from Bukit Panjang MRT Station (Downtown Line). If you drive, there are free carparks available outside the studio.

In the nice air-conditioned studio there is a big range of professional sport equipment: TRX, Aerobic Steps, Treadmill, Rubber Resistance Bands, Dumbbells, Toning Elastic Bands, Balance Stability Cushions, Exercise Balls and more.

Assessment equipment include Digital Body Fat Caliper, Digital Blood Pressure Pulse Sphygmomanometer and a Digital Scale.

We will start with conducting a comprehensive assessment of your health and fitness levels, followed by setting your goals and identifying the types of physical activities that you feel comfortable with.
Based on the assessment, I will design for you a safe and effective physical activity program with regard to your preferences, schedule and constraints.

TRX Training

What is TRX?
TRX -Total Body Resistance Exercises, refers to a specialized form of suspension training system that utilizes equipment made of of two straps, developed by a former U.S. Navy Seal to stay in top shape anywhere.
The straps can be hung anywhere, indoors or out, at the local park, home, office, hotel room etc.

TRX workout includes combining aerobic and anaerobic training in many enjoyable different exercises.
During workout, you can control the level of challenge by simply adjusting your body position (step backward or forward) to increase or decrease resistance.

TRX trainings are fun, developing your strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously, and are also great for conditioning.
There are endless different exercises that you can choose for your TRX training so it's never boring and always challenging.
TRX training saves time and enables maximal work in minimum time- that's due to the nature of TRX exercise - using all in 1 system.

It is highly recommended to perform the first trainings with a personal trainer that will guide you on the right use of the TRX for a proper and safe exercise.

In my sessions you will be able to choose a full TRX session or combining it as a part of an integrated workout.



Running Course and Running Groups

Join my beginners running course and learn how to run.

Whether you are in shape but can't run more than few consecutive minutes, or you are currently out of shape and frankly - the last time you ran was back then in high school, and you think it's too difficult, but still- you want to run, because you know that there is something else, something wonderful in running…

I love running, and I'll be happy to help you ease your entry to the running world.
In my unique running course you will be able to run 5 consecutive km within a few months. The course is designed for those who would like to enter the running world and learn how to run the proper way, get fit gradually, happily and safely.

  1. The training will take place 2-3 days a week in parks and running tracks Islandwide.
  2. Training sessions will last 60-70 minutes.
  3. Each training will incorporate Strength Training, Core, Stability, Flexibility and Interval Workouts.
  4. We will learn how to design a training program according to each individual's goals.
  5. During the training you will improve your speed, strength and stamina, and you will learn how to improve your skills while avoiding injury that may occur in unsupervised training.
  6. Training in small groups- Each group will consist of approximately 6 runners and is designed in a way that will enable participants from different fitness levels to advance together while each one keeps to their own goals. How come? Simply because we all share the same passion- Running!
The group running course is a perfect solution for those who are interested in enjoying the physical, mental and health aspects of running, combined with the group atmosphere. Group exercise enhances motivation and creates a social get together which contributes significantly to success and adherence.

Running Groups
If you already ran 5km and you want to improve and/or you find it difficult to adhere and you would like to run regularly so that running will be an inseparable part of your life- Join a running group with a running trainer.

Running training that incorporate strength training, flexibility, technique and more, together with other members that will keep you in track and will contribute significantly to your motivation and adherence.

The running world is a wonderful world, you have probably noticed recently that more and more people are running. The reason is, that on top of the health benefits related to running- right from the first day of running – physiological changes occur in the body and create a marvelous sensation- physical and mental.

Why isn’t everyone running? The reason is that the first stage of deciding and starting to run is the most difficult, and without professional guidance might discourage and lead to injury.
With the support of a personal trainer you will be able to enjoy the first most difficult stage of getting into the running world.

Together with me, step by step, you will be able to run a few consecutive km, according to your goals.

Running has so many benefits:

  • Did you know that running is "Anti Aging"? Scientific research shows that intense physical activity such as running, even among amateur exercisers, prolongs life expectancy by as much as an average of 5 years. The reason is that physical activity significantly prevents many different diseases and health conditions: cardiovascular, metabolic diseases like diabetes, and some kinds of cancer.
  • Running as a weight-bearing exercise preserves bone and muscle mass in the body and is excellent for prevention and treatment for osteoporosis (low bone mass). Running also increases growth hormone levels and described by some as the key to slowing the aging process.
  • Running improves your health, contributes to increase HDL levels and decreases blood sugar level, running improves breathing and strengthens your immune system.
  • Running is great for weight lose and maintaining your desirable body weight.

Private running sessions in a park of your choice, on the beach, on the treadmill in my studio or in your condo's gym, you set the place and the time. I will be there.

Sessions will include aerobic training, technique, strength training, core, stability, flexibility and interval workouts. I will help you design an integrated exercise program according to your goals.

During the sessions you will learn how to monitor the different variables related to running such as pulse, pace, speed, distance and time, as well as techniques for gradual improvement of these variables according to your goals. All these will be done step by step in order to avoid injury or damage that can occur in an unsupervised exercise.
